Board diversity survey 2013

Kerridge & Partners is undertaking board diversity survey that should take you about 10 minutes to complete by going to
https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/diversitykp2013. There are just 12 questions; the first three are background information including your gender, position, and organisation sector. The rest of the questions are presented as statements in relation to board diversity. Based on your attitude to those statements, you are to provide your choice by selecting one option on 5-scale Likert including Strongly Agree, Agree, Neutral, Disagree, and Strongly Disagree. All questions are compulsory. There is no time limit on this survey.

This research project guarantees respondent confidentiality. No data will be collected through this survey for the identification of the respondent. Once collected, all data will be used in form that will make it impossible to determine the identity of the individual responses.

The survey report will be made available upon request. If you have any questions about the survey or would like to receive copy of the survey report, please contact Paul Yan via E-mail: [email protected]

You can read an article on board diversity by Peter Kerridge and Claire Denison who lead the board practice at Kerridge and Partners, in The Director in the May 2013 issue of Management magazine.
