It would be pretty sure bet that most Management readers already understand the concept that having career is kind of important. So all that stuff in this book is redundant. If you’re able to look past that kind of thinking, The Naked Career does offer sound and well-structured rummage around many of the underlying motivational and aspirational aspects of making career changes: why we cling on to jobs when we’re not too happy in them, for example.
