• Millennials have highest reported likelihood of leaving current employer in next 12 months (54%).
• Millennials have lowest reported levels of:
– Understanding of career path potential with current organisation (38% disagree);
– Belief current position makes good use of their talents and abilities (31% disagree);
– Trust in leadership (38% neutral);
– Belief leaders have provided effective communications in past 12 months (31% neutral).
