InTouch : Aspiring Director Rewarded

Perpetual Trust’s chief executive Louise Edwards has been awarded the Institute of Directors’ Aspiring Director’s Award for its Canterbury branch.
Edwards impressed the judges with her inspiring business background and the personal skills and attributes she would bring to board.
She says it is an honour to win the award and she is looking forward to advancing her directorship skills by attending the Directorship course which is her prize.
“This will also provide great opportunity to network with inspiring directors,” Edwards says.
The judges noted her extensive expertise in the financial services sector as well as her commercial competency. John Barr, Canterbury IOD branch chairman says Edwards has wealth of experience working with boards and has made strong commitment to lend her skills to the not-for-profit sector.
