American academics Ruth Wageman and Debra Nunes (both now with Hay Group) are returning to New Zealand this month for an encore of their popular Senior Leadership Teams workshop.
“We have been speaking with CEOs in many countries since our last visit. In each place, we find that the idea of building great senior leadership team resonates with CEOs and top executives of all kinds,” Wageman says.
“I’ve been especially gratified by how well our research has been received by leaders in the public sector. These leaders share our view that the day of the heroic CEO is over, and they believe that providing great public leadership demands building an aligned team of their top leadership talent.”
