InTouch : Governance Survey Underway

The largest non-government review of governance in New Zealand organisations is currently seeking input for its third annual review.
The ‘Directions – Understanding Governance’ survey is led by Jens Mueller, associate professor for entrepreneurship and strategy at Waikato Business School. It is coordinated by Waikato University’s Management School and backed by corporate and professional heavyweights.
Previous findings include: need to widen the net when seeking and appointing new directors, making sure organisations have independent directors and the difficulty in helping organisations and directors find one another.
The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete, is anonymous and no financially or commercially sensitive data is required.
