All the latest advances in technology and services available to the human resources industry were on display at last month’s HRINZ Expo 09 in Wellington. More than 45 exhibitors showcased products ranging from recruitment and assessment solutions to employer branding and workplace health programmes in what is the largest human resources trade show in New Zealand. The Expo ran alongside the HRINZ Conference, which focused on change, with international and local speakers sharing recipes for choosing resilient leaders, embedding change in company culture and retaining talent through tough times.
