Adrian Orr
The New Zealand Superannuation Fund has appointed Orr, currently deputy governor and head of financial stability at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, as chief executive officer. Orr takes up his appointment on 12 February.
Tony Egan
Currently chief executive of Affco Holdings, Egan is to take over as CEO of Agriquality in early April. He succeeds John Morgan who had been CEO since the company’s inception in 1999 and left last November to pursue private business interests.

Peter Batcheler
Following the appointment of Michael Pearson as general manager of one of its principal companies in Australia, Gough Gough and Hamer has appointed Batcheler as chief executive officer of Gough Transport Supplies (GTSL). His senior management experience includes group operation manager of the Tiri Group and general manager of Masport.
Geraldine McBride, Alan Hyde
SAP AG has appointed McBride as president of its Asia-Pacific region and member of the global field leadership team. She has over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry and was most recently CEO and managing director of SAP Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). Hyde, previously general manager of SAP’s Northern Region, takes over this role.
Joanne Healey
Following the return of Joel O’Halloran to senior management position at Fujitsu Australia, Fujitsu has appointed Healey as its new general manager, New Zealand. She joins the company from HP where she was the national commercial sales manager, solutions partner organisation.
Tim Austin
Retail clothing chain Global Culture has appointed Austin as its new managing director. He was previously the Brisbane-based chief executive of Versatile Buildings.

Josh Sim
Prepaid solutions provider SmartPay has appointed Sim as chief financial officer. Sim has 15 years’ experience in various senior finance positions, most recently with Hewlett-Packard which he joined in 2000.
Chris Hunter
Most recently general manager of global direct sales for Air New Zealand, Hunter is now strategic development manager for Flight Centre (NZ) – newly created position in the company’s senior management team.
John Bone
TelstraClear has promoted Bone to head of its ICT services company Sytec. Previously general manager of enterprise services for the subsidiary, he has more than 10 years’ experience in technology roles in the IT, telecommunications, oil and chemicals industries. He replaces Peter Kane, Sytec’s acting head for the past year.
Philip Holden
