In addition he is member of the NZSE Surveillance Panel and the NZ chair of UBS Warburg NZ. He is graduate of Victoria University of Wellington and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in Boston.

Alison Paterson
Is chair of Landcorp Farming and the Electricity Complaints Commission. She is director of the Reserve Bank, Wrightson, Metrowater and Eldercare. She also serves on the Stock Exchange Market Surveillance Panel.

Roger Kerr
Is director and joint shareholder of Asia-Pacific Risk Management and an adviser to New Zealand corporates on financial risk and treasury management. He has 20 years’ financial market and investment banking experience, is director of NZIM Auckland division and the NZIM national board and chair of the Institute of Financial Professionals of NZ Inc (INFINZ).

Rodger Spiller
Is managing director of the personal investment advisory firm Money Matters (NZ) and director of the New Zealand Centre for Business Ethics and Sustainable Development (NZCBESD). The NZCBESD was initiated by the Auckland University of Technology (AUT) and is supported by AUT, the University of Auckland, Manukau Institute of Technology and the private sector.

Dick Hubbard
Is chief executive of Hubbard Foods. He is the founding chair of the New Zealand Businesses for Social Responsibility which merged recently with the Environmental Business Network to form the Sustainable Business Network, of which Hubbard is chair.
