Winstanley is Jason Travel Media’s new financial controller. He joins the company after 14 years with Budget Rent Car, where he rose to the position of finance director, Australasia.

Peter Barrett, Andrew Wall
Project management company Arrow International has two new managers. After seven years in London, Barrett (left) rejoins the company as new business manager. Wall has been appointed project director for larger infrastructure contracts.

Mike Jeffcoat, Mike Drummond
Bridgecorp has announced changes to its senior management team. Jeffcoat, formerly New Zealand general manager, becomes Australian general manager based in Sydney. Drummond is promoted from property finance manager to New Zealand general manager.

Brett Hodgson
Unisys has appointed Hodgson as New Zealand managing director. In his four-year tenure with the company he has held several management roles and was most recently general manager Global Outsourcing and Infrastructure Services (GOIS) and Southern region manager.

Michel Adolphe
Adolphe has been appointed director of sales and marketing for the Carlton Hotel, Auckland, following seven years as director of sales at the Hyatt Regency, Auckland and 18 years international experience in the hotel and tourism industry.

Rick Ellis
Ellis takes over as chief executive of TVNZ mid-month. An experienced chief executive, he previously led TVNZ for four-year period to 2002. Since then he has remained involved in the industry as chairman of the Television Local Content Group and member of the Board of Governors of Radio New Zealand. For the past four years he has been managing director of EDS New Zealand.

Ian Lewington
Lewington, chief financial officer of Tourism Holdings, is also acting as the company’s CEO until Trevor Hall takes over in June.

John Dolan
Dolan has been appointed New Zealand manager of Apprentice Training New Zealand (ATNZ), the country’s biggest employer of engineering apprentices. He was most recently engineering sector manager for the Department of Corrections and prior to that was with the Vector Network and Alstom New Zealand.

John Leighton, Wallis Dumper
Leighton, managing director of Mitsubishi Motors New Zealand, succeeds Richard Giltrap as president of the Motor Industry Association. Dumper, managing director of Motorcorp Distributors, has been appointed vice president.

Garry McManus
McManus joins RaboPlus, Rabobank’s new online savings and investment bank, as operations manager with responsibility for the customer call centre, back office operations and new product deployments.

Aston Moss
Moss took over as general manager of human resources at Progressive Enterprises in March. His most recent role was senior HR one with Woolworths in Australia, but he is also former head of HR for Woolworths New Zealand prior to its acquisition by Progressive in 2002.

Steven Giannoulis
ING New Zealand has promoted Giannoulis, currently general manager marketing, to the newly created role of general manager, marketing and investor services. His promotion sees him add management of the client services, registry and office support teams to his existing responsibilities.

Grant Taylor
Taylor, Wellington-based partner of Ernst & Young New Zealand, has been appointed head of government business.
