Kerry Stotter
Sea+City Projects, subsidiary company of Auckland Regional Holdings set up to project manage the transformation of Wynyard Quarter, has appointed board which will be chaired by Stotter, an experienced chairman of both commercial and community service organisations. He will be joined by directors Paul Chrystall, Derek Firth, Jenny Gibbs, Stuart Niven, and Ken Tremaine.

Vicki Lee
3media Group, publisher of NZ Management magazine, has appointed Lee as chief executive officer. She was formerly managing director at Pacific Magazines NZ and prior to that managing director at healthcare agency Publicis Medicus Sydney.

Julien Thomas
Optimation has appointed Thomas as manager, software services Wellington. He was most recently design & development manager at the Ministry of Social Development, and has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry.

Chris Jagusch
Currently general manager of The Press in Christchurch and Fairfax Media’s South Island daily and weekly titles, Jagusch is set to move to Auckland where he has been appointed as general manager of the New Zealand Herald and the Herald on Sunday. He will join APN after working out period of notice with his current employer.

Kiri McAlister
International engineering and environmental consultancy MWH has appointed McAlister as New Zealand human resources manager based in its Christchurch head office. Most recently human resources director at Lincoln University, McAlister has 17 years of industry experience.

Michael Ware, Bruce Gardiner
Ware, previously APAC finance manager based out of 3M’s Hong Kong office, returns to New Zealand to take up the role of finance manager at 3M. Gardiner, previously finance manager, has been appointed as business manager, display and graphics business.

Brian Thibaud, Rodger Yeoman
Continued growth at project and design management company Lifecare Solutions in Auckland has led to the appointment of two senior management staff – Thibaud as chief financial officer and Yeoman as general manager of operations.

Alan Marriott, Vic Hensley, Mike Brooks
Transfield Services has appointed three strategic managers as part of its continued expansion of business activities: Marriott as general manager, business excellence; Hensley as general manager, operations, in the company’s infrastructure group; and Brooks as general manager, business development.

Interactive marketing software company Touchpoint has increased its senior management team: Johnston has been appointed as director client services; Turner as chief operating officer; and Booth as marketing communications specialist.

Tony Gardner
In move designed to provide dedicated resources to both its digital and direct disciplines, Saatchi & Saatchi has appointed Gardner as general manager, digital. General manager Jen Rolfe, who was overseeing both digital and direct, will now focus on the direct side. Gardner joins from Publicis Modem Greater China, where he was Hong Kong-based regional director.

Gavin Thwaites, Derek Schakel
As general manager, New Zealand, for Speedscan Group Thwaites will head the recently acquired Datacap business. Previously he was general manager for Recall New Zealand. Schakel has been promote to chief technology officer. He was previously the company’s manager of technical services and deployment.

Information infrastructure solutions company EMC has increased its investment in New Zealand with the appointment of new leadership team: Whitaker as country sales manager, Larsen as country channels manager and Patterson as country services manager.
