Graham Stuart
Nelson-based Sealord has appointed Stuart as its next chief executive, replacing Doug McKay. Stuart was most recently Fonterra’s director of strategy, and has been chief executive of Mainland Products, managing director of Lion Nathan International, commercial director with the New Zealand Dairy Board, and chief financial officer for Fonterra.
Robbi Shearer, Carey Norton
Heritage Hotels has appointed Shearer, most recently with Outrigger Hotels and Resorts in Christchurch, as general manager of Heritage Hanmer Springs. She replaces Norton who has been appointed as general manager of Heritage Queenstown.
Simon Upton
PricewaterhouseCoopers has appointed Upton, former Member of Parliament and Cabinet minister, as an advisor to the New Zealand firm. Most recently involved in variety of policy and business projects, Upton chaired the Round Table on Sustainable Development at the OECD until January of this year.
Mariette van Ryn
Van Ryn has joined Westpac New Zealand in the newly created position of general manager regulatory affairs and general counsel. Widely recognised as an expert in banking and finance law, van Ryn has been head of Simpson Grierson’s banking and finance department and acted for Westpac for the past 20 years.

Swann Group has appointed Webb as an associate. He joins the executive recruitment and search company from boutique executive search firm in London where he founded the Alternative Investments Practice in 2003 specialising in European and Asia Pacific clients, hedge funds and fund managers.
Brent Sutherland
Healthphone Solutions, health software company, has appointed Sutherland as its vice president engineering with responsibility for the company’s product and technology strategy and architectures. He was most recently chief technology officer for The Simpl Group.

Halsall, new partner at KPMG, has been appointed head of the company’s IT advisory business in Auckland. He has over 20 years’ experience in information technology working in Europe and the Asia Pacific region.
