Morrice (left), currently managing director, commercial for United Kingdom-based B&Q Plc, takes over as managing director and chief executive officer of The Warehouse Group at the beginning of the group’s new financial year in August. Inger, currently property director, takes over as general manager – Red Sheds in August following the resignation of David Wilson.
Kevin Straight
Straight, Marlborough farmer, has been appointed to the board of farmer cooperative Livestock Improvement. He replaces incumbent director David Milne.

Vision Manawatu, the economic development agency for the Manawatu region, has appointed McCurdy as associate director of its Smart Business initiative.
Malcolm Bailey
Bailey, former Federated Farmers national president, has been elected to the board of Fonterra Co-operative Group. He replaces Fonterra founding director Murray Flett, one of three directors to retire in line with Fonterra’s rotation policy.
Philippa Reed
Reed is the EEO Trust’s new chief executive. Appointed to the trust as executive adviser last May, she has been acting chief executive since December.

Saville has joined Fonterra Co-operative Group as director of human resources, following two years with Malaysian mobile communications company.
Rick Bettle
Bettle, the former chief executive of South Island based meat processor Alliance Group, is joining the board of Dominion Finance Group as chairman. He has also recently been appointed to the board of Business In The Community (BITC).
Erla Rapsch, Tim Thomson
GlaxoSmithKline has made two senior appointments in its Consumer Helthcare business. Rapsch, for the past seven years global category director in London, has been appointed managing director. Thomson returns to New Zealand as marketing manager, following an eight-year period with GSK in Australia.
Vaughan Magnusson
Magnusson, most recently with HSBC in the Cayman Islands, is now the chief financial officer at Phitek Systems.
Keith Watson
HP New Zealand has appointed Watson, past senior VP and GM for worldwide commercial business for the company, as its new managing director. He was most recently professional investor.
Simon White
White is the new chief financial officer at financial co-operative PSIS. He was previously CFO at Wrightson.
Dale Lott
North Shore City Council has promoted Lott from finance manager to the new position of group manager – finance following the merger of the council’s revenue and finance departments. Tom Wong Kam retires from his role of revenue manager in July following four decades in local government.
Paul Dixon
Sound editing software development company Virtual Katy has appointed Dixon to the new position of CEO.
Paul Hebberd
Hebberd has been appointed CEO of Hamilton-based Pacific Aerospace Corporation. He replaces John McWilliam who is now the company’s technical director.
