The partnership allows NZIM’s finan-cial members to receive free member-ship of AMA for year. The partnership is part of NZIM’s programme to develop strategic relationships that expand members’ management information resource.
AMA, which is based in New York, is the world’s largest, not for profit, membership based management training and development organisation. The association’s state-of-the-art MWorld website offers topical management content, daily articles by top management writers, career development help and advice, discussion forums and peer networking opportunities.
NZIM’s partnership with AMA will allow New Zealand members to receive monthly e-newsletters; to access dozens of management seminars; to buy the latest released business books; to access self-study courses, and to tap into hundreds of e-learning courses from high level strategic thinking to skill building in sales and project management. AMA also carries out some of the world’s most respected management research, the results of which will be available to NZIM members.
