It will cover recent policy-relevant work on water quality management in New Zealand. The Markets and Water Quality Symposium will also include sectoral, NGO and government perspectives.
It will focus on the potential role for market-based instruments to improve water quality in New Zealand.
Motu says the symposium is aimed at general audience but will be of particular relevance to those tackling water quality issues, including central and regional government, environmental NGOs, Crown Research Institutes, the agricultural industry and researchers.
