Daphne Rawstorne is chartered accountant and was formerly managing partner of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Auckland and Wellington offices. She is now business consultant, company director and member of the Takeovers Panel.

Jonathan Cimino
Jonathan Cimino is director of Cimino Partners, Investment Bankers. He is director of listed companies Waste Management, Genesis Research and Development and Tranz Rail Holdings. In addition, he is member of the NZX Market Surveillance Panel. He is graduate of Victoria University of Wellington and has completed the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School in Boston.

Roger Kerr
Roger Kerr is director and joint shareholder of Asia-Pacific Risk Management and an adviser to New Zealand corporates on financial risk and treasury management. He has 20 years’ financial market and investment banking experience, is director of NZIM Auckland division and the NZIM national board and chair of the Institute of Financial Professionals of NZ Inc (INFINZ). He is also director of The National Provident Fund and an Advisory Board member for the NZ Government Debt Management Office.

Dick Hubbard
Dick Hubbard is chief executive of Hubbard Foods. He is the founding chair of the New Zealand Businesses for Social Responsibility, which merged with the Environmental Business Network to form the Sustainable Business Network, of which Hubbard is national board member.
