Bill Foster
Bill Foster is the managing director of the New Zealand Stock Exchange. He is director of the Exchange’s Index Management company for TeNZ, chairman of the International Federation of Stock Exchanges Working committee. He is also member of the Institution of Professional Engineers, the Institute of Directors and the Strategic Management Society (NZ) as well as other groups. He also has an active role in the governance of local schools.

Alison Paterson
Alison Paterson is chair of the District Health Board of New Zealand, Waitemata District Health Board and Landcorp. She is also director of the Reserve Bank, Wrightson, Tower Insurance and Health Benefits Advisory Board. She also serves on the Stock Exchange Market Surveillance Panel.

Roger Kerr
Roger Kerr is director and joint shareholder of Asia-Pacific Risk Management and adviser to New Zealand corporates on financial risk and treasury management. He has 20 years’ financial market and investment banking experience, is director of NZIM Auckland Division and the NZIM National Board and chairman of the NZ Society of Corporate Treasurers.

Rodger Spiller is managing director of the personal investment advisory firm Money Matters (NZ) and director of the New Zealand Centre for Business Ethics and Sustainable Development (NZCBESD). The NZCBESD was initiated by the Auckland University of Technology (AUT) and is supported by AUT, The University of Auckland, Manukau Institute of Technology, and the private sector.

Naomi Ballantyne
Naomi Ballantyne is the founder and CEO of Club Life, New Zealand’s newest life assurance company. Formally chief operating officer of Sovereign Assurance she has had 19 years in the life assurance industry.

Bridget Wickham
Bridget Wickham is currently chief executive of University of Auckland Development, an organisation focused on establishing range of co-funded centres and institutes with participation from the university, research organisations and private sector companies.
She is director of the Knowledge Wave Trust, an organisation set up to facilitate the implementation of recommendations arising from the Knowledge Wave conference and director of Sky City, Fisher & Paykel Appliances, Competitive Auckland and of Industry New Zealand.

Dick Hubbard
Dick Hubbard is chief executive of Hubbard Foods. He has been involved in the food industry all his professional life. He is currently vice president of the New Zealand GMA board. For the past two years he has headed up the Regulatory Affairs Sub-Committee. Dick Hubbard is the founding and current chairman of the New Zealand Businesses Council for Social Responsibility.

Kevin Chappell
Kevin Chappell is the founder and managing director of Executive Taskforce and its associated companies. He has been in the recruitment industry for almost 20 years.
