Kelvin Wickham
Fonterra Co-operative Group has appointed Wickham as managing director, Fonterra GlobalTrade. He replaces John Shaskey who leaves the cooperative at the end of this month. Wickham’s dairy industry career spans 18 years. He is currently director sales and operations planning in Fonterra.

Martyn Halsall
KPMG has appointed Halsall, new partner, as head of its IT advisory business in Auckland. He has over 20 years’ experience in information technology working in Europe and the Asia Pacific region.

Liz Fraser
Web portal MSN has appointed Fraser to lead the company as its New Zealand business manager. Fraser has more than 14 years’ television experience, the past four at senior management level.

Lee Stephens
Stephens has been appointed as chief executive officer of Aegis Media Pacific with responsibility for the Carat, OneDigital and Synergy brands in New Zealand and Australia. He was previously chief executive officer Australasia of internet media buyer emitch, position he had held since 2004.

David Hookway
The Duffill Watts Consulting Group has appointed Hookway, previously city planning manager with the Auckland City Council, to manage the resource management planning section in its Auckland office. He replaces Janice Carter who is now with the company’s Christchurch office.

Chris Brown
Previously with Lion Nathan as market development manager, Brown is now business development manager for the Bell Tea Company.

Paul Chapman
St Laurence Property & Finance has appointed Chapman as its new general manager. Previous roles with the company over his six-year tenure include chief financial officer and chief executive officer of St Laurence Mortgages.

David Salisbury
Salisbury returns to New Zealand to take over as New Zealand Oil & Gas’ new chief executive. He replaces Tony Radford, who has retired. Salisbury was based in Vienna where as vice-president business development he had responsibility for OMV Exploration & Production’s worldwide business and development activities.

Rob McLeod
Ernst & Young has appointed McLeod, the company’s chairman from 2002 to 2004, as managing partner, New Zealand. tax practitioner and chair of the New Zealand Business Roundtable, McLeod is also on the Telecom board but will be resigning that position at the end of June when he takes over from retiring managing partner John Judge.

Sam Stubbs
Hanover Group has appointed Stubbs as its new group chief executive officer, replacing Andrew Schmidt, who will continue to focus on M&A and private equity work for the Hanover Group. Stubbs has extensive international banking and finance experience, having spent the past ten years with Goldman Sachs in London and Hong Kong.

Paul Hutcheson, Felicity Hutcheson
Management and workplace consultancy Concordia has appointed two dispute resolution and conflict management specialists to its Wellington-based team: Paul Hutcheson as facilitator/mediator and trainer; and Felicity in workplace conflict management, mediation training and supervision.

Simpl New Zealand has made several new appointments: Putt, previously CFO at Metrowater, is chief financial officer; Hickmore is talent manager, new human resources position; Hanna takes on the newly created role of chief operating officer; Grealish is southern regional sales manager; and Pratt is business development manager.
