UPFRONT Management Anger

What riles workers most is bad management.

That’s according to survey conducted in the United Kingdom and Europe by online careers site Monster.

The survey attracted 12,000 responses and 45 percent of those cited bad management as what made them angry about their jobs.

Second leading cause of anger is lack of career opportunity.

Not being appreciated also came high on the list – ahead of an excess workload.
