UPFRONT Purr-fect stress relief

An Australian recruitment company reckons that work stress levels could be lowered with bit of pet therapy – cat purring on the desk or fish swimming lazily around tank can, it suggests, exert useful calming influence at work.
After surveying 1000 business respondents from around the country, Talent2 says quarter of those surveyed thought pets at work would reduce stress levels and 14 percent thought it was good idea. Only three percent of their businesses allowed the practice.
