  • HSNO (16th & 17th March) – Investigates the regulation, risk management and safe use of hazardous substances in light of the new Health & Safety at Work Act. Hear from WorkSafe and the EPA about what you need to know about legislation updates as well as case studies on protecting people and the environment from AECOM, Fonterra, ChemWaste, Northland Regional Council and the National Poisons Centre, University of Otago. 
  • Occupational Health Conference (16th March) – An industry-focussed, technical look at reducing work-related injuries and disease and improving work health and safety performance from a practitioner’s point of view. Hear from specialists in the New Zealand Society for Safety Engineering, Civil Contractors New Zealand Inc, Occupational Health Nurses’ Association, MasseyUniversity and Umbrella Health. 
  • Health and Wellbeing Conference (17th March) – Addresses the opportunities an organisation has to improve the overall emotional and physical wellbeing of its employees, and how this can influence a company’s performance. Gain a better understanding of the value of wellness programmes and creating wellness strategies for a multi-cultural environment fromVero Insurance, WEL Networks, Mental Health Foundation of NZ, Massey University’s Healthy Work Group and Te Wānanga o Aotearoa. 
  • Expo (16th & 17th March) – A full floor at SkyCity will show off the latest innovation and technology in health and safety products. The expo is free to attend and includes expert seminars running throughout both days.
