New Country Director for Randstad New Zealand

Randstad has appointed its general manager of Randstad Digital, Sarah Bills, as the new Country Director for Randstad New Zealand.

Bills joined Randstad New Zealand in 2022, following the acquisition of The Finite Group, where she held a senior leadership position.

A statement from the company says that in her new position Bills will work closely with Randstad’s senior leadership team and recruitment professionals “who are passionate about creating equitable job opportunities for New Zealand job seekers while also helping their customers and organisations shape the future of work”.

The company adds that she will leverage her knowledge in technology upskilling, artificial intelligence and talent attraction to support Randstad’s customers and Kiwi talent as New Zealand continues to manage through the tough economic environment.

Nick Pesch, CEO of Australia and New Zealand, says New Zealand continues to be an important market in the region, and he is delighted Bills has accepted the leadership role.

He says her “people-forward approach and vision are a great fit for our team, and I am confident that, under her guidance, we will successfully navigate the current market challenges…”

Bills says she’s delighted to take on the leadership role and looks forward to guiding and supporting Randstad New Zealand’s team.
