HP Inc. has announced the appointment of Shannon Harris as managing director for HP New Zealand, effective February 2025.
The company says in a statement that with more than 25 years of experience in the technology sector, Harris has held senior leadership roles at IBM and Spark and is known for her ability to cultivate high-performing teams and forge strong relationships that create shared success.
“Her culture-first leadership style prioritises empowering teams and collaborating with partners and customers to achieve outstanding outcomes.”
As MD, Harris will lead HP New Zealand’s operations focusing on supporting the team and partners to deliver technology solutions “that make a real difference in how people live, work, and play”.

Harris says what stood out for her about the role was the connection between her passion for people and the opportunities ahead.
