Law firm Russell McVeagh has launched DOCSon, subscription-based online document solution that helps users to create short (but comprehensive), easy-to-use legal documents tailored for range of business transactions, without necessarily requiring direct assistance from their lawyers.
DOCSon has variety of financial and security documents, including guarantees and indemn-ities, security documents, priority arrangements, enforcement documentation, mortgages over land, and more.
Each document can be customised to include individual transaction details. The documents have also been written to take advantage of the upcoming Electronic Transactions Bill, and the drafting style ensures they are written in plain English.
Each document is fully referenced by complete schedule of terms, saved as pdf file and reached via an html link located on Russell McVeagh’s website: http://www.russellmcveagh.com/docson.html.
