The awards recognise and reward outstanding performances and achievements in the New Zealand public sector.

Meanwhile, Environment Minister Amy Adams has announced the finalists for this year’s Green Ribbon Awards which celebrate outstanding contributions to protecting New Zealand’s environment.

The 12 award categories recognise individuals, businesses, communities and youth, and larger organisations. 

This year’s 35 finalists were selected from 284 nominations. For full list of finalists: www.beehive.govt.nz/.

Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony at Parliament Buildings on 5 June.
