This one is practical guide aimed at people preparing to retire, wanting to downshift, planning return to the workforce, handling redundancy or generally rethinking their place in the universe. It covers all the usual stuff such as overcoming call reluctance when trying for new job, interview strategies (although no mention of the “think of them naked on the toilet” technique), communication styles and goal setting. You’ve probably heard it all before.
