The app provides instant access to pay rates globally. New features in the just-released version 2.0 include job market updates, salary data and salary trend graphs.

Execs can access pay rates in Asia, the Americas, Europe, the UK and South Africa; see how salaries have changed since last year; and check out job trends. The app covers rates for both permanent and contract work.

Since its initial launch in January 2011, the app has been downloaded over 100,000 times.
