Former Deputy Prime Minister, Leader of the Opposition, Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Jim McLay is now principal of J.K. McLay Ltd, chairman of Macquarie New Zealand and director of several companies.

BILL FOSTER
Bill Foster is the managing director of the New Zealand Stock Exchange. Since he took up the position in 1989, he has successfully managed succession of significant changes and improvements for the Exchange. He is director of the Exchange’s Index Management company for TeNZ, chairman of the International Federation of Stock Exchanges Working committee. He is also member of the Institution of Professional Engineers, the Institute of Directors and the Strategic Management Society (NZ) as well as other groups and has had an active role in the governance of local schools.

Patsy Reddy is business consultant. She is director of Air New Zealand, Sky City and Telecom. She was previously director of New Zealand Post, Ansett NZ, Southern Petroleum and Warehouse Clothing.

Dr Rodger Spiller
Rodger Spiller is executive director of the NZ Business Council for Sustainable Development for Business Ethics that works with the Auckland University of Technology, the University of Auckland and other tertiary institutions to encourage business ethics research, education and practice. He is director of NZ Businesses for Social Responsibility, and Transparency International (NZ). He is managing director of the personal investment advisory firm Money Matters (NZ). His PhD research provided the framework for the business ethics award.

Melissa Clark-Reynolds
Melissa Clark-Reynolds started her own health and safety consultancy in 1992. Although it began based in Wellington doing safety audits for organisations, she started an operation in Vietnam, run in partnership there, while funding medical clinic of six doctors and midwife. She recently sold 51 percent of that business to Southern Cross and Royal SunAlliance and the three companies formed Fusion Insurance Services.
