Kenexa susses best places to work

It also claimed this year’s title Best Large Workplace and held its place in the Five-Year League: Kenexa’s way of recognising organisations that have entered the finalist ranks for multiple years and shown sustained excellence.

AA Insurance, Inspire Group, Mars NZ and Maven International also nabbed Five-Year League Awards.

Meanwhile, Flight Centre (NZ) became the first Kiwi company to join the Ten-Year League.

The awards are based on feedback from employees who confidentially rate the culture and climate of their workplaces.

Winners were revealed during black tie event in Auckland recently.

Kenexa is global provider of business solutions for human resources.
