By now the world is getting used to one of the most innovative Apple computers ever built. Redesigned from the ground up and described as the ultimate computer for your digital lifestyle, the new iMac has stunning 15-inch flat-screen display that appears to float in mid-air.
The flicker-free display supports millions of colours, has around the same viewing area as traditional 17-inch CRT, and is almost infinitely adjustable.
The new iMac has the PowerPC G4 processor with Velocity Engine running at 700MHz or 800MHz, as well as the Mac OS X operating system, and Apple’s SuperDrive which allows users to read and burn both CDs and DVDs.
Three models offer up to 256Mb (expandable to 1Gb) of memory and up to 60Gb of hard drive storage.
