Andrew Mitchell
Mitchell, currently creative director at marketing communications agency WRC, has been promoted to managing director. He replaces Richard Bleasdale who joins DDB Singapore as associate managing director.

Perry, senior partner in KPMG’s Audit and Risk Advisory Services practice, has been appointed chair of the Financial Reporting Standards Board (FRSB).
