Dominion Finance Group appointed Arkinsall as director of the company late last year. He is the CEO of the Investment Savings and Insurance Association of New Zealand, which represents investment fund managers and life insurance companies.

Barker, previously retail operations manager for OPSM in Canberra and Sydney’s southern region, is the new general manager of OPSM New Zealand. She is based in Auckland.

Tip Top Ice Cream Company has appointed Drillien (top) as general manager, sales and distribution, replacing Wayne Gooch who has been promoted to general manager, sales and distribution at Mainland Products. Love (middle), previously with DHL International in the UK, has been appointed general manager, human resources. Maxwell, also recently UK based, is the new marketing manager, ice-cream novelties.
