It’s hard to imagine how local business not only survives but in many cases thrives in an environment where nearly two thirds of workers say they don’t trust the boss. That’s one of the unsettling findings of the latest Seek intelligence survey which probes employee satisfaction and motivation in New Zealand and is based on feedback from over 2000 local employees.
Jude Manuel, Seek New Zealand’s managing director, will be presenting the findings and outlining their implications for managers at the HR Summit 05 in Auckland on July 20-21.
