When not rescuing citizens from burning buildings, fighting crims or righting other wrongs, go-ahead business bods can go for the gongs at this year’s Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year awards. The local hunt for business heroes is part of an international campaign to identify and celebrate the best in business. Award director Carol Campbell says she’s looking for individuals “with the ability to identify risks and take initiatives that most of us wouldn’t dream of taking”.
The New Zealand winner will represent the country at the international Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year awards in Monte Carlo next year.
Now in their eight year in New Zealand and 19th worldwide, the awards offer local, national and international networking opportunities and membership of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneurial Growth Network.
Entries close on Friday 8 July. More information at www.ey.com/nz
