A special poll taken in conjunction with the Business Budget Summit in Wellington shows business decision makers narrowly support the idea of boosting social spending ahead of tax cuts. These same people also put incentives to export ahead of tax cuts, and back the development of list of priority infrastructural projects like roads and new policies to accelerate resource consents.
