Recognise your best and brightest: CALL FOR NOMINATIONS

Now in its 20th year, the NZIM/Eagle Technology Young Executive of the Year Award was established to recognise standout individuals who are prepared to go beyond perceived limitations and strive for personal and organisational excellence.

IMNZ is seeking those rising stars amongst the younger executives in your organisation. It wants to celebrate and showcase those executives under 38 years old who are on the road to being the leaders who will drive our most successful organisations in the future. NZIM invites you to highlight their achievements and acknowledge their contribution to your organisation; further showcasing their talents and yours.

Attributes sought:

  • Exceptional skills in dealing with people.
  • Extraordinary leadership capability.
  • Overwhelming sense of purpose.
  • A vision for themselves, their organisations and NZ Inc.
  • Demonstrate a strong contribution to their organisation’s success or performance.

Eligibility

  • Nominee has New Zealand citizenship.
  • Nominee has been employed by your organisation for more than six months.
  • Nominee holds a middle or senior management position.
  • Nominee is 38 years old or younger as of 31 December 2015.

Nominations are now open and nominations must be received by 5:00pm on Monday the 24 August 2015.

To make a nomination:
All nominations are entered into regional awards – Northern, Central and Southern. Nominees are also asked to submit information about themselves.

Nominees are then selected for interviews for the regional awards. The winners from each region are announced at IMNZ functions in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

The three regional winners then become finalists for the IMNZ/Eagle Technology Young Executive of the Year Award 2015.

The National Winner is announced at the Deloitte Top 200 Awards Dinner in November.
