Rob Challinor, founder and executive director of boutique investment bankers Northington Partners, is former Deloitte partner and corporate finance adviser. He is currently chairman of Fisher Funds’ managed listed investment companies Kingfish, Barramundi and Marlin Global and director of The Warehouse Group and CDL Investments New Zealand. Former chairmanships include Mighty River Power, Sheffield, and Tower Health and Life. He has also been director of Ports of Auckland, Electricity Corporation of NZ and Television New Zealand.
Jon Mayson joined the Port of Tauranga in 1972 after 10 years in the Merchant Navy. He became the Port’s chief executive in 1972, role he held until his retirement in 2005. Mayson currently holds directorships in Port Marlborough, Ontrack, WNC 2007, Asciano Group (NZ), Sounds Property Holdings, Toll Owens, is chair of ZiwiPeak and president of Export New Zealand. He was made Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit in 2006.
Alison Paterson is chair of Abano Healthcare, the Centre for Research Excellence Growth and Development (University of Auckland) and BPAC NZ. She is deputy chair of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, director of Metrowater and Maori CORE, and councillor of Massey University and of Barnardos.

He is currently chairman of the NZIM Foundation and is member of the Massey University Graduate School of Business Advisory Board. He is Fellow of the Institute of Directors and Life Fellow of NZIM.
Rodger Spiller is managing director of Money Matters and Rodger Spiller & Associates, which undertake research and train companies to improve their environmental, social and economic performance. He is New Zealand director of the Responsible Investment Association Australasia and director of Transparency International (NZ).

Jo Brosnahan is professional company director and chairman of Leadership New Zealand. former chief executive of the Auckland Regional Council, she has also worked for New Zealand Railways and the Northland Harbour Board, run her own consultancy business and been CEO of Northland Regional Council.
Sarah Kennedy is the managing director of Healtheries New Zealand. The former veterinary surgeon is actively involved in the industry as board member of the Food and Grocery Council, Osteoporosis of New Zealand, Export NZ and International Accreditation NZ and also sits on the advisory board of the Auckland University Business School.
Tony Nowell is former chief executive of Zespri International and managing director of Griffin’s Foods. He is currently forming new venture and business model that will focus on building the collaborative business relationships required to grow New Zealand’s international business success. He is chair of the New Zealand Packaging Accord Governing Council, Trustee of the Asia New Zealand Foundation and on the APEC Business Advisory Council.
Mason Pratt is the 2007 Young Executive of the Year and co-founder and managing director of Wellington-based software development company Provoke Solutions. After graduating with double major in marketing and information systems from Victoria University, Pratt worked his way up from web designer to account manager at Glazier Systems before leaving to set up Provoke.
