McDonald has been appointed director of Gough Gough and Hamer following the retirement of Barrie Downie. McDonald is executive director and deputy chair of Comalco NZ, the Bank of New Zealand and director of Carter Holt Harvey, the Owens Group and New Zealand Aluminium Smelters.

Guyomar has joined new Horizons Computer Learning Centres as Wellington general manager. Horizons is subsidiary of Eagle Technology. Guyomar was previously chief financial officer at Comtex Group.

Williams has been appointed general manager of the Sheraton Auckland Hotel and Towers. He has career with the Sheraton that spans almost two decades which has seen him working as financial controller at Sheraton properties in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Thailand.
