Melbourne Business School (MBS) is one of just three of the world’s top 50 business schools to have achieved 40 percent female participation in its new full-time MBA programme, which commenced in late August this year. The new 12-month MBA has 41 percent female students. It says most of the world’s leading business schools manage only 30 percent.
Part of its appeal may lie in its 12-month format which reflects the reality of shorter business cycles. It also has an increased emphasis on close team work and leadership, and includes compulsory courses in both ethics and business in Asia. M
