Mastering the new rules in business innovation

Ramaswamy will be in Auckland on May 20 to speak at and lead the Palladium Strategy Execution Forum 2011 entitled: Co-creative Enterprises Mastering the New Rules in Business Innovation. The forum will focus on how technology enabled markets are creating more informed and empowered customers who are challenging both the value and the delivery of the products and services on offer.

Ramaswamy believes that the winners in this new marketplace are co-creative enterprises. They thrive, he says, by creating “engagement platforms” for stakeholders and reshape internal management processes to harness the power of co-creation. He will lead the forum and focus on how innovation can be embedded in organisations to create new value propositions, transform customer experiences, build new business models and realise profitable and sustainable growth.

Ramaswamy and equally high profile management guru and author, C. K. Prahalad’s award-winning book The Future of Competition: Co-Creating Unique Value with Customers introduced co-creation as groundbreaking business concept. Ramaswamy is highly regarded for his research and work with organisations such as Nike, Apple, Lego, GlaxoSmithKline, GE Healthcare and Cisco. His latest book is Co-Creating the Future: The Power to Ignite Sustainable Growth written with Francis Gouillart.

You can check out his thought-leading ideas in the popular Harvard Business Review article The New Frontier of Experience Innovation.
