Gordon Noble-Campbell
Spicers Portfolio Management has appointed Noble-Campbell as chief executive officer. General manager wealth management for AXA New Zealand prior to joining Spicers, he has also held senior positions with BT Funds Management, AMP and Prudential Assurance.

Tim Mackle
Mackle has been appointed CEO designate of the proposed new single dairy industry good entity which will replace the two existing organisations of Dairy InSight and Dexcel. Prior to joining Dexcel as CEO two years ago, Mackle, who has PhD in animal, food and nutritional sciences, was general manager of Anchor Ethanol.

BT Funds Management has appointed Perry as national manager, mezzanine and networks. Previously head of intermediary services for First NZ Capital, Perry has specialist financial expertise in strategic account development in the institutional and wrap areas.

Arcus Investment Management has appointed Verhaart as chief investment officer. Most recently head of investment consulting with Mercer Investment Consulting, he has also held roles at ANZ Funds Management and Watson Wyatt.

Ivan Moss
Recently returned from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) Business School in Switzerland, Moss has been appointed chief executive of New Zealand’s global talent community Kea and of Connect New Zealand. He takes over at Kea from Ross McConnell and from Ian McDonald at Connect.

The Vodafone New Zealand Foundation, charitable trust with programmes that encourage healthy outcomes for young New Zealanders facing serious obstacles in their lives, has appointed Midgen as its new chair and Culpan as foundation manager.

Email and web security products provider IronPort Systems has appointed Lutterman to the newly created Auckland-based position of country manager for the New Zealand market. veteran of the New Zealand telecommunications environment, Lutterman was most recently sales manager at Vector Communications.

Karl Unterfrauner, Gary Jarvis
Heritage Hotels has appointed Unterfrauner as general manager of Heritage Auckland. Most recently general manager for the Rendezvous Hotel in Melbourne, he replaces Jarvis who has been appointed as the new general manager of Heritage Christchurch.

Lauren James
Formerly TVNZ’s sales general manager, James takes over as New Zealand managing director for Mitchell & Partners mid month. She replaces current managing director Kevin Blight, who is stepping up to become managing director of Mitchell Communication Group NZ.

Janisa Parag
Direct and interactive marketing agency AIM Proximity has appointed Parag as strategic planner. She has spent the past five years with Telecom in marketing roles.
