More and more New Zealand firms are looking for independent directors to strengthen the expertise in their boardroom. Based on the research work Directions – Understanding Governance, comprehensive and practical new qualification seminar for company directors has been created.
Practitioners from leading local and global firms will present toolkit for existing and aspiring company directors. This seminar will prepare new directors for their duties, tell owners and shareholders how to create effective boards and boost the existing abilities of sitting directors.
