UPFRONT Show us your ethics

Intellectual challenge is major factor in job choice for international MBA students. So, of course, is remuneration. But increasingly an employer’s ethical reputation and record of employee care are important employer choice considerations.
A survey of more than 800 MBAs from 11 leading North American and European schools found that 97 percent were willing to forgo financial benefits to work for an organisation that enjoyed better reputation for corporate responsibility and ethics.
