The Emerging Leaders Circle brings together young leaders of the region’s major organisations and their peers from other sectors in stimulating forums – sharing perspectives on topics such as social media, innovation, diversity and disruption. Panellists include representatives from Vend, Foodstuffs, Westpac, Klickex, Ministry of Woman's Affairs, Sheffield and Radio New Zealand.
The half-day Dialogue features 4 panel discussions on key issues:
• Social Media – the good, the bad and the opportunities
• Building an Culture of Innovation – promoting an ideas based organisation
• Harnessing Disruption – breaking the mould
• Diversity – across gender, ethnicity, demography and sexual preference
The Dialogue will conclude with a panel luncheon featuring C-level Executives sharing their perspectives on: “How do we get to the top?”
