Siemens recently launched its new Enterprise convergence Architecture, called HiPath, which allows company’s existing voice and data applications to interoperate globally over all networks.
It paves the way for expanding many business processes, from customer rela-tionship management, web based call centres, virtual teams and mobile working.
HiPath also provides interoperability between applications, terminals and net-works from the world of voice and data. It enables scalable, end-to-end solutions to operate over voice networks, data networks or any combinations, offering the same standards of availability and service associated with telephone services.
Siemens NZ business manager Kieron Gilpin says “HiPath enables customers to leverage investments and implement new applications which are flexible and affordable, and can be scaled to fit any size company.”
