O’Shea is the new general manager of Pacific Brands Clothing. He was previously general manager of Sara Lee Apparel, acquired by Pacific Brands this year. The two organisations are currently merging and will continue to market the well-known brands of Jockey, Liberty, Holeproof, Bonds, Berlei, GoldTop, Forme, Qdos, Rio, Hanes, Legalong, Formfit and Playtex.

Arthur Yates has appointed Marginson as managing director. His career has included roles in the areas of branded goods marketing, manufacturing, wholesale distribution and supply chain management with range of companies, including Pacific Dunlop and Mayne Nickless. Arthur Yates recently merged with Perth-based agribusiness investment company, Norgard Clohessy Equity (NCE). The new group will be known as Yates Ltd.
