Measuring NZ’s managerial skills

The research project entitled Managerial Skills and Competencies of New Zealand Firms is being undertaken by the ICL Business School in Auckland with the support of the NZ Institute of Management (NZIM). The objective is to determine what skills and competencies managers currently possess, what are needed and how managers acquire these. It will also investigate who are the external providers of these skills and competencies and how participants have found the usefulness of these providers in the past.

Please get in behind this worthwhile initiative designed to help improve the quality of management in this country. The survey is completely anonymous. Please see the participant information sheet and consent form for your information.

The survey will take approximately 8-10 minutes.
