From next month the NZ Quality Foundation becomes the NZ Business Excellence Foundation.
According to CEO Sue Wright, it’s part of global trend recognising that the time has come for quality to give way to business excellence.
The Foundation’s annual awards are now known as the National Business Excellence Awards, but are still based on the prestigious Baldrige criteria for performance excellence.
