An indication of the increasing awareness of balancing work and life was apparent by double the number of entries in this year’s EEO Trust Work and Life Awards.
The Award for Large Organis-ations went to Merck Sharp & Dohme (New Zealand), for its senior management role modelling of work and life practices and its range of activities and objectives.
Heaney & Co won the Small to Medium Organisations Award, and Hesketh Henry and Woolworths were joint winners of the Beginners Award.
Literacy Aotearoa was the winner of the inaugural Manaki Tangata Innovation Award.
