Performance management practices will come under the spotlight by Deloitte HR this year, as it surveys the country’s private and public organisations.
Michael Jamieson from Deloitte HR in Christchurch says they’ll be looking at performance management practices across all sectors, and it’ll be one of the most comprehensive reviews of its type undertaken.
The survey will question New Zealand organisations large, medium and small, about their practices in this area.
The results will establish benchmarks for each sector and help other organisations improve their performance management practices.
